 Pastor Caprice Coleman
Biographical Sketch

Assistant Pastor Caprice Coleman accepted Christ at a very early age and was called to preach at the young age of 14.  After graduating from high school, he attended Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst, NC graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering.

At the age of 27, he was licensed to preach at First Missionary Baptist Church.  He began working in various ministries including the men’s ministry, the youth department, and singing on the Gospel and Mass Choirs.  He also began following his dream of becoming a professional wrestler and began achieving success in that endeavor.

In 2006, he accepted a civilian contract position as a Personal Property Lead at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, living in Mahboulah with his wife, Melody Coleman, and his son, Chayce.  Their daughter, Hadiyah, was born there in 2009, just a few months before their return to the US.

While in Kuwait, Pastor Coleman worked under multiple military Chaplains, gleaning knowledge from them and sharing all that he had learned under Pastor Haire’s tutelage.  He also became Minister of Music for the Camp Arifjan Gospel Service and was ordained and given the title Elder Coleman under Bishop (Lieutenant Colonel Chaplain) Milton Herring.

Pastor Coleman now presides over First Missionary Baptist Church’s contemporary worship service where he preaches the Gospel, salvation, Christian living, and real life topics in a way that anyone can understand.  The primary mission of the contemporary service is to get the young people off the streets and service is geared toward teens, young adults, and all who are seeking to make a change in their lives, but may not be completely comfortable in a more traditional worship setting.

Pastor Coleman has also achieved his dream of professional wrestling and can now be seen on the Ring of Honor weekly televised program.  He also works as a personal trainer at Gold’s Gym and owns and operates Rejuvenating Fitness Services.
